Stahly Engineering & Associates, Inc. was established in 1970 by Dave Stahly. The firm
is headquartered in Helena, Montana with a branch office in Bozeman, Montana.

In 2002 the corporation changed ownership when Dave sold the firm to his son, Byron, and two other professional engineers who had considerable history with the firm. In 2005 Dan Stahly became a partner in the firm.
One of the succeeding owners has since resigned from the
firm. The three current owners are Byron Stahly, P.E., Greg Benjamin, P.E., and Dan Stahly, P.L.S. These individuals contribute greatly to their communities with their professional expertise and with their volunteer service.
