The Regional Manager, while continuing to work in his or her field of expertise will also provide oversight of the office management; including goal setting, marketing and monitoring of office finances; specifically revenue, expenses, backlog, procurement and profit of the office. In coordination with other regional managers, management of departments within the company; including decisions of staff/resource changes and serves as the overall manager of staff needs and concerns that need attention beyond the department management level.
Education and/or experience equivalent to college degree in Engineering (P.E.) or Surveying (P.L.S.) is preferred.
The Office Manager must reside near the office they are managing. Generally, will work in the office with frequent travel to represent the office and the company at various events and client meetings.
