Overview

Stahly Engineering was the lead member of an engineering/architectural/planning team, for this 127-acre project located in Bozeman at South 19th Ave and Kagy Boulevard near Montana State University. Stahly Engineering led Master Planning efforts for the entire project, as well as site design for the first phase of mixed use development consisting of approximately 500 beds of student housing. Stahly Engineering provided site design, including storm water, roads, and water/sewer lines for the South University District. Our firm also provided storm water management, grading, utility services, traffic analysis and design, structural engineering, and civil and structural drafting.

Coordination of permitting, design, and project management
