Lynn Stutzman, PE

Stahly Engineering & Associates’ Billings office is excited to welcome Lynn Stutzman, PE as the Municipal Department Technical Lead. Originally from Powell, WY, Lynn is a Montana State University graduate with a degree in civil engineering.

With over 30 years of experience, Lynn specializes in rural and regional water systems, municipal water systems, large irrigation rehabilitation and replacement, and storm and sanitary sewer systems. Her expertise in studies, design, and construction oversight ensures efficient, effective solutions while keeping timelines, budgets, and client needs at the forefront.
