Stahly responded by utilizing UAV photogrammetry and a ground field crew out of the Bozeman office to conduct the boundary, with enhanced exterior boundary line marking and planimetric field surveying of this detail-intensive site. By leveraging the assets of a high-resolution aerial photo and a team of experienced field staff, well-trained in recognizing critical elements of site development, we identified potential encroachments of undisclosed utilities and the subject property’s operations on the adjacent property. Stahly presented this information to the client team on the ALTA map by their deadline to enable them to make a well-informed decision on proceeding with purchasing the property.

Subsequent work on this project included filing Certified Corner Records for missing monuments that were re-set during the survey. The challenge with this project was the aggressive timeline to deliver, which was possible because of the team approach Stahly takes to meet our client’s needs.
