Our compensation and benefits depends on experience and qualifications. Benefit package includes generous holiday and personal time off pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401K/profit sharing plan. Employees also enjoy other bonus/incentive opportunities.
Stahly has a combined sick and vacation leave titled “personal leave”.

Stahly provides each full-time employee with life insurance and accidental death insurance.
Stahly offers both a pre-tax and Roth option 401(k) Retirement Plan and matches the first 4% of employee contributions.
An employee benefit where each eligible employee becomes a shareholder of the Company. The Company makes contributions to the ESOP each year which are allocated to eligible employees.
Stahly provides health insurance beginning the first of the month following your date of hire in which 90% of the employee premium is paid by the Company and 30% is paid for spouses and dependents.

Stahly covers employees with an employer-paid long-term disability plan.
Stahly offers a voluntary Section 125 Cafeteria Plan which provides for pre-tax deductions of health insurance co-payments, deductibles and family member premiums, medical, dental and vision expenses, dependent care expenses, and some AFLAC premiums.
Discretionary year-end bonuses may be given dependent on profit and financial condition of the company. Salaried employees will receive compensation for hours worked in excess of the normal work week of 40 hours per week (conditions apply).
