Overview

Stahly conducted an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of approximately 300 acres in East Helena, Montana. This ALTA survey was critical to facilitate property acquisition due diligence and negotiations in addition to the planning and design of a multi-phase affordable housing subdivision. The property will provide affordable housing for the growing East Helena community for years to come.
