With dual degrees in drafting technology and civil engineering, Kathy’s skill set is highly versatile. She serves as the bridge department manager and project engineer, primarily focusing on bridge projects. Her responsibilities include project management, design, and construction administration services. Kathy is known for her exceptional customer service and her ability to collaborate effectively with owners and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

With her background at MDT’s Bridge Bureau and experience with the bridge design team at Stahly Engineering, Kathy has gained practical knowledge in planning, design, and construction of bridge projects. She has specialized training in bridge rehabilitation and structures, and holds certification as a National Bridge Inspector. Kathy has played a crucial role in conducting bridge inventories and preparing Preliminary Engineering Reports for various Montana Counties. These reports have supported successful grant applications to programs like the Treasure State Endowment Program and Montana Coal Board, benefiting communities across the state.
