Our Projects

I-15 Rockfall Survey and Construction Staking

Overview

Stahly Engineering provided survey services for the Rockfall Mitigation project along the Wolf Creek Canyon. While survey work on rockfall mitigation projects does not require the most precise layouts, recent project experience along I-15 has provided some unique challenges in contrast to most projects. With safety being the greatest concern on sites with substantial risks from overhead hazards, steep slopes, and interstate traffic, along with scaling and blasting activities, Stahly Engineering’s Survey Group coordinated workflow to provide needed control to layout the project and avoid unnecessary delays waiting for survey.
