Park County Fairgrounds Master Plan

Overview

The team of Stahly Engineering and Slate Architecture assisted Park County in long-range planning for the Park County Fairgrounds. The planning involved site mapping, phasing plan, building renovation plans, and cost estimating. Scope of work included survey and mapping, conceptual design and layouts, public input/meeting process, and final master planning.

Details

Stahly Engineering and Slate Architecture conducted fairgrounds stakeholder workshops as well as an open house to gather public comments. The final master plan is comprised of 5 phases, including items such as general maintenance, ADA upgrades, construction of a new multipurpose building, renovation of existing buildings and new grandstands with box seating.
