Counties and municipalities across Montana are discovering the benefit of strategically planning for the future of their communities. Stahly Engineering is committed to assisting in developing Comprehensive Capital Improvements Plans, Growth Policies, or other planning documents and activities that fit the needs of each individual community. We use a process that helps cities, towns, and counties determine their needs and craft plans to meet those needs that include details related to costs, schedules, and funding scenarios.
Stahly Engineering utilizes the skills of staff with expertise in planning, grant writing, grant administration, public relations, mapping, and engineering to develop planning documents that are realistic and meet the expectations of the public served by the entity’s infrastructure.
Stahly Engineering also provides review of County Subdivision and Surveying submittals and plats prior to documents and plats being approved and filed at the County. This low-cost service has been developed since 2008 and specializes in clear, efficient, electronic reviews. We are currently providing this service to 13 Montana communities. Our firm also provides seminars specific to the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act and Title Law, which has been taught in Pondera County, Teton County, the Montana Association of Clerk and Recorder’s Convention, The Montana Land Title Association Continuing Education Series, and The National Business Institute Title Law Continuing Education Seminar.
The team of Stahly Engineering and Slate Architecture assisted Park County in long-range planning for the Park County Fairgrounds.
